Any sports in Sooke BC?

has anyone been to sooke bc on vancouver island? im gonna move there in a few months and I was wondering if there are any kinds of sports there. ESPECIALLY martial arts. actually ONLY martial arts..like mma,kickboxing,jiu jitsu, or even wrestling...or are there any places near sooke that have martial arts. no longer than 30 mins away
