My tv is on the fritz whats wrong with it?

It sounds like the HT transformer acting faulty. Usually dust aculates and with a little humidity gets conductive and is shorting out this ht supply, 15000v. May be will startup later in the day when will get warmup. Sometimes it might help if opened up and blower used to remive dust particles. Technical knowledge is required because its dangerous/lethal, be carefu. never touch anything even if unpluged.
