Hi i am 15 years old... i ave always been alittle chunky,?

Hello! I'm also a bit chunky and melting of the pounds. I went on the Belly Fat Cure diet by Jorge Cruise. Its very good. I bought it at Barnes and Noble for 10-20 dollars. You sleep enough, you just need better sleeping patterns. You feel better all day if you go to bed early, wake up early, get a workout in in the morning and then you wont have to worry about working out the rest of the day! Do cardio at LEAST 30 min a day (walking, jogging, cycling, etc.) And you HAVE HAVE HAVE to lift weights! The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism. the higher your metabolism, the more weight you lose. Weight train for about 3-4 days a week for 30 min. Hit all your regions: arms, core, legs. If you dont have a gym membership or free weights, you can do simple ab exercises, squats, push ups, etc. It always helps to get Inspiration! I have a magazine subscription to shape.
