Eye sight got worse after getting hit in the head with a hammer?

at work i was below the scaffolding and someone accidentally dropped a hammer and the claw hit me in the head.. i still get random head aches especially when ppl yell, i yell, or when i go out running...? and my eye sight did get noticeably bad like i have to strain my eyes to see the content on my computer monitor =/ i didnt think it was from the head injury i just thought they naturally got worse... last night someone asked if my eyesight got worse..? so idk im obviously going to go back to the doctors i just dont know when abut what are the causes of these headaches, and the loss of eyesight??? i got hit in the head 2 months ago btw
