Is this healthy...the foods that I eat?

CARBS ARE GOOD! YOU NEED CARBS TO LIVE!! Your list looks pretty good. I'm healthy and of good weight, and body image and I eat almost exactly the same thing. Try cutting back on the diet drinks... try teas instead (this was a really hard switch for me but the Aspartame is really bad for you). I really like the Light and Fit 60 calorie yogurts, they are just enough to calm my sweet tooth and they are pretty healthy aside from the aspartame, but I can't bring my self to wasting 180 calories on yogurt, so the Light and Fit is a good compromise. Try the skim milk string cheese, just 60 calories per serving, whats not to like? I worry that you may not be getting enough calcium in your diet, but otherwise your diet looks great!
