Weigth loss...fast....please help i have a farewell party in 4 months!?

i am indian and im 5'1''.my weight is 62kg and i want it down to 52 in atmost 3months....how can i do that without harming myself?i want to lose the excess fat on my arms and waist...please please help me!i have a farewell party in 4months!
