Can a guy wear womens slim fit/ skinny jeans?

as I find the mens equivilent is slightly baggy and longer in the legs wheres the womens ones fit just snug on me. I find it hard to buy good slim fitting jeans as I am only 5 foot 3 and weigh about 60 kgs and 77cms around the waist
