I m 5'2 and weight 53 kgs i think i m fat people say i m not but i want to be 45 kgs as soon as possible?
in morning i eat 3 almonds as breakfast in lunch i take cereals and milk in evening i eat fruits and night i eat salad . i workout for 2.30 min daily i have already lose 15 kgs but i want to be totally slim..pls give some tips and advice
