How do I make quiche?
You can buy fresh pastry instead of frozen. You need shortcrust. It would be an idea to bake pastry blind first, but not too much. For the filling you need to cut your bacon, and fry it for a while. Do the same for your onions, if you have a microwave, put chopped onions in a gl bowl, add a little water and a dab of er,cover with cling and microwave for about 2 mins. Mix 2 eggs and 1/4 pint of milk blend together add onions and bacon and maybe a little bit of basil. Put in flan case and bake. Make sure eggs are thoroughly cooked. You can add seasoning to your taste but be careful with salt as bacon is usually salty on its own. Enjoy! It would be nice with chips and side salad. Or jacket potato. Whatever takes your fancy. You can add cheese if you want to, but it isn't always necessary.
