Can i move back to my house?

me and my husband separted the first of jan. i had just got a job so i could move. today i got fired for being late. im in texas and we had a ice storm. my job has a unlisted num and i couldnt call in to tell them id be late just so yall know it wasnt my fault i was late. my question is if i cant find another job to be able to afford the bills here does my husband have to let me move back in?
