How do I decrease my time in the 100 roke? I want to break a minute and so far my fastest is a 1:04.?

I have long pulldowns but i dont know if they should be longer and as long as possible to conserve energy for the last 50 of the race. I have a quick turnover but come to high out of the water. When i stay lower i dont get as much air. Also i dont know how to get my hips up enough to make a truely efficient stroke. I'm usually out at a 29 or 28 but die on the last fifty, what can i do to pick up the last fifter with laps under 16.0. What drills and exercises can i use to build strength and develop technique to accomplish such a feat? How can I break the minute? How can i have a fast turnover while having an efficient stroke with little drag and maintain the same same stroke during the whole 100? What to i have to do to get in shape to do this?
