I need help diagnosing myself?

currently my throat and nose are congested, i just threw up and i felt an incredible sensation in my forehead as if a iron rod was trying to get out of my head. my eyes were fine before i threw up, but now they are incredibly red. My mom will not take me to the doctor, what should I do? (I'm also coughing). it would really be appreciated if you could help me out with this everyone.
