We need help in getting visitation in TN. Were can we go other than a lawyer (we have one).?

Our granddaughter lived with us from 1 mo until 30 months (6 weeks ago) She is now with her father because my daughter got into problems with drugs and he doesn't want us around because she shows a preference for us. In TN, grandparents have no rights even though an evaluation said that she was more attached to us than either her mother or father. The father is paralized from the waist down due to a recent auto accident and his mother takes care of the baby and is extremely jealous of me. Since the father is in the house even though he doesn't do any of the care giving, we loose out. The evaluation also said that she needed to keep contact with us (regular visitation) or would suffer from feelings of abandonment. However, the only visitation we can get is an ocionally 2 hours. We haven't been able to get anyone to look at what is best for her and not just the rights of the father.
