Yahoo group moderators mail id is bouncing?

The moderator is the only person who can appoint a new group moderator. If he can't access his moderator account, then he can't appoint a new moderator. Hopefully, the group is working fine without an active moderator. If not, the only real solution is to start a new group and try to move the active members over to the new group.
