2004 SRT 4 Dodge Neon not running right.

I drive a 2004 SRT 4 Neon. A few weeks ago my brother felt to take it upon himself to do a compression test on my car. As he was doing this and stuck the "tester" down in cylinder 3 there was a really loud POP. Since then my car has not ran right at all. The turbo isn't working and it sounds horrible. Any ideas on what the "pop" may have been???
