If health care is a right, what are your responsibilities?

All "rights" come with responsibilities. If you think health care is a "right" and everyone else should pay for yours, what are your responsibilities to society? If I am held responsible ofr your health care, what are my rights? Can I tell fat people, drunks, junkies, smokers and ually promiscuous people to change to a healthier lifestyle: stop smoking, drinking alcohol,using illegal drugs, lose weight and keep their pamts zipped? If not, why not?
