I pushed the memory board in too hard, what happened?

Try cutting back on the diet drinks... try teas instead (this was a really hard switch for me but the Aspartame is really bad for you). I really like the Light and Fit 60 calorie yogurts, they are just enough to calm my sweet tooth and they are pretty healthy aside from the aspartame, but I can't bring my self to wasting 180 calories on yogurt, so the Light and Fit is a good compromise. Try the skim milk string cheese, just 60 calories per serving, whats not to like? I worry that you may not be getting enough calcium in your diet, but otherwise your diet looks great!

If you are trying to tank now, you need to work on getting the gear for defense cap. For a tank DPS, does not matter as much as the defense cap. Right now if you are spec to DPS, what you can do is run the Heroics as a DPS with your 1700 - 1900 DPS (my rogue was pulling about this in heroics until i saved up emblems and got better stuff) and when tanking gear drops, if the current tank does not need, ask if you can roll need for tanking spec. This is how i seen a lot of people do it. I have seen a lot of people with lower gear go into heroics with the random instance finder. At times the other 2 dps can carry the person with lower dps. Had one instance that a lock didnt have any decent gear and pulled 600 dps and we didnt have any problems with the heroic run. They will do dps first (from lvling) if their dps is better and then when tanking gear drop, roll for it. But i would stick to maybe doing all the others on heroic instead of ToC. Look on wowhead.com and see where the tank item drops from that you want and use the instance finder to run those instances instead of random and when you save up enough emblems, buy what you need that havent dropped.

The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism. the higher your metabolism, the more weight you lose. Weight train for about 3-4 days a week for 30 min. Hit all your regions: arms, core, legs. If you dont have a gym membership or free weights, you can do simple ab exercises, squats, push ups, etc. It always helps to get Inspiration! I have a magazine subscription to shape. My older E-Machine will not power on?

We have an older E-Machine (W3080) (MSI KM4M motherboard) that will not power on. The system was operating normally, then just powered down. At first check, when hitting the power on, there seemed to be no response (no post beeps/etc). I opened up the case and noticed that when you hit the power switch, the cpu fan would attempt to spinup, but then stop (appr. 1/3 of a rotation). First umption was the ps had gone bad. Before pulling the power supply out however, I disconnected all the drives and connections and cut the power on out of curiousity and the power supply powered up normally. Reconnected the 20pin ATX power cord and the 4-pin 12v ATX power cord at which time, the same symptons returned. I disconnected the 4-pin 12V ATX cord and the power supply powered up and the cpu fan operated normally as well. However there was no post since the cpu itself had no power. Am I correct in uming that something went bad in the motherboard, or would it more likely be something in the cpu?

Management here is having a door decorating contest amongst all of the tenants in my apartment building . My unit is a two-story building and there are 10 other families on my same floor , twice in the course of 9 days , my door , which has been decorated with wrapping paper and gl ornaments , is being vandalized . Up to what age is it normal for kids to see their parents naked?

My husband and I aren't nudists or anything, but we do sleep naked and so in the morning or at night sometimes we do walk around in the nude. My 6 yr old son has started making comments like "Mom, please put some clothes on." But I tell him if he has a problem with it then don't look. I don't feel like it's a big deal; if anything, I want my kids to grow up understanding that their bodies are nothing to be ashamed of. I tell them it's only ok for your family or the doctor to see you naked. We don't let the kids go outside nude or anything. And it's not like the whole family's hanging out on the couch watching tv together naked. It's just like, one of us gets up in the morning and goes in the kitchen to make coffee before getting dressed, or something like that. I remember reading this I think in high school. I don't quite remember what it was about, but the thing that stands out to me the most is that it's about people exploring other planets and on one of those planets that mankind has never stepped foot on, they find a piece of a statue that resembles a human face. I was abused mentally and verbally by my mother. She hated us 6 kids so bad. She told me when I was 7 she wished I was dead. That she hated me to my face. She ran around on my dad and got caught pregnant with me. She tried to abort me and it did not work. She then refused to take care of me. I got spinal menengitus at 2 months 10 days old. and I was hospitalized for 13 days in Intensive care. She told me all my life that it was bad when I could not even get DYING RIGHT. I mean I heard this all my life. She made me get married at 16 just to get me out of her life. He was also abusive and demanding. After 2 years 11 months I was 19 almost 20 by this time I told him I was tired of his abuse and left him. I was staying with my parents until we could get our divorce. My mother was so Cruel She bought me a bus ticket and sent me 2500 miles to be with him in the Army in Georgia. I told her we were seperated and she said Tuff Crap. It was his place to take care of me. So I got there and he was FURIOUS. Because My mother sent me to him. I got there March 20 and by April 6 he had left me. I called Mom to get back to Illinois ahe told me Hell NO get a JOB, Sink or Die she did not give a **** But I WAS NOT coming back home. Now I call this abuse. But anyway I found a man who needed a house keeper. I stayed with him and cleaned his trailer, cooked his meals, and took care of things for him. And then He asked me to marry him I agreed then I also found out after all this he was married BUt she had lefthim only 2 months after he married her. So I called back to my mothers and told her I would not be coming back to Illinois. I found a place to stay.Things were fine for me. Then in December 1981 he got out of the Army and we came to Arkansas. And his mother is even worse then my mom was with the abuse and the degrading and name calling. In1989 my dad died from Cancer,In 1990 my oldest sister and her Kid moved in on us. And then in 1991 my mother moved to Arkansas and the abuse stared all over. And I told her enough if she wanted to abuse me I was strong enough now I would just turn her in I knew what abuse was now and Would not tolerate it any longer. Thankfully she got sick in 1994 and she died in 1996. But by this time I was diagnosed with Clinical Depression and Anxiety. I was put on meds for it they worked great. Then my husband decided that He was not paying for the medication and Quit his job so we lost our insurance. And so there went my meds. Now I go from HIGH HIGH to low low I have some good days and Alot of bad days. Day I just want to sllep all day. But if I want to go to the Doctor he spend all his money so I can't go.We just filed Bankruptcy in December 2009 and now he refuses to let me go to the doctor because he will not let me make any bills. But yet he is paying for a washer for our sons family who they both work. And he just paid off a riding lawn mower that he paid on for 3 1/2 years. But I can't see a doctor.

Eye sight got worse after getting hit in the head with a hammer?

Sounds like you are asking if you can use an exhisting brick furnace to vent both appliances . Yes you can combine the vents but you must line the chimney with a metal liner first to meet code . If you dont line the chimney the water vapor in the vent gases has is very acidic and starts to eat the mortar in the chimney and that can cause the chimney to eventually fail . Make sure to size the vent for the combined BTUs for the 2 vents .

You can buy fresh pastry instead of frozen. You need shortcrust. It would be an idea to bake pastry blind first, but not too much. For the filling you need to cut your bacon, and fry it for a while. Do the same for your onions, if you have a microwave, put chopped onions in a gl bowl, add a little water and a dab of er,cover with cling and microwave for about 2 mins. Mix 2 eggs and 1/4 pint of milk blend together add onions and bacon and maybe a little bit of basil. Put in flan case and bake. Make sure eggs are thoroughly cooked. You can add seasoning to your taste but be careful with salt as bacon is usually salty on its own. Enjoy! It would be nice with chips and side salad. Or jacket potato. Whatever takes your fancy. You can add cheese if you want to, but it isn't always necessary.

My backlight on my black jack 2 will not dim!?!?

My blackjack 2 will not dim when the backlight is set to go off. The whole screen turns white and is extremely bright. It runs down my battery in about 20 minutes. I have it set to dim after 10 seconds and after 10 seconds the screen goes completely white. I think you should take her to doctor immediately and ask for his expert opinion, pediatrician probably will not be able to tell you for sure if you need to take your daughter for hormone therapy but he will recommend right specialist. Your daughter is already 16, so the sooner you start helping her grow there will be a better chance that she gains few more inches to her height. I have a 7 year old, and since she was born she was short for her age, we started doing constant measuring and exercises that would help her grow. Am I starting bad habits?

Every afternoon my 4 month old daughter feeds until she falls asleep. She normally eats quite a bit. About 20-30 minutes after she falls asleep she starts crying in her sleep and rooting around until she eventually wakes up. She then nurses for about 5-10 minutes and falls right back to sleep for another 30 to 90 minutes. Do you think she's still hungry or unable to self soothe? She won't take a pacifier and chokes when she sucks on her fingers, so I think she just likes the comfort of moms . but am I creating bad habits by letting her nurse to soothe herself back to sleep instead of letting her try to fall back asleep on her own?

We'll see how the game turns out. Both offenses are very strong. Neither defense is all that great statistically. The Colts were a little better over the course of the season. The Saints have given up a lot of yards and points defensively, but have been great at creating and taking advantage of turnovers all year long. I don't think the Colts will make a lot of mistakes though and do think they're more likely to win. Manning makes good decisions and gets rid of the ball quickly; I don't seem him getting beaten up like Favre was. I'd like to see the Saints win though. And i would recommend an eye cream, something to put on under your eyes in the morning to reduce circles bc you cant wear cover up and all reduce puffiness of just waking up! also get your eye brows waxed tell them you don't want them too thin or too think and you want a small arch. and i would get a nice new hair cut try something different but i don't recommend the new style with bangs i don't think anyone looks fabulous in bangs lol. also i would get a teeth whitening tooth paste or crest white strips. Oh and earings wear earings if your aloud cute little diamond studs (fake of course lol) will make you look girly with out using make up! and if you put your hair back use cute accessories not just plain bobbi pins, use ones with diamonds (fake) on them. Why is the water in my aquarium cloudy?

I have a 55 gal tank, I do regular maintenance on it. I do 40% water change and gravel cleaning every 3-4 weeks. I do not over-feed. Although, its hard to tell if I am over-feeding my pleco. I have " easy balance" I add every few weeks to keep the ph balanced and "aqua safe" to dechlorinate the water. I have a very nice external filter. RENA FILSTAR. A very expensive filter. Everything has bee great up until a week ago, the water became very cloudy. My filter was making a strange noise and I checked the flow by separating the output line where it enters the tank. The flow was very slow and at times no flow at all. The next day I did a 40% water change, did gravel vacuum, and disconnected the filter and cleaned it out. Hooked everything back up and it started flowing fine again. But it's been two days and the water is still cloudy.???? I have a total of 9 fish. 2 krebensis , 4 tiger barbs , 2 black fin tetra, and a pleco. 2 fiddler and a rainbow snail.

Well if you make it through pararescue, your talking being in training for almost 2yrs. During that time, I strongly doubt that they would give you BAS, which is an allotment for food. You will most likely be eating at the chow hall. The Air Force does a good job of giving a good variety of food. If you are looking to eat good bodybuilding food, you can actually do it in basic and anywhere you go. The food at basic was actually awesome in my opinion. They always had 2 types of meats and all sorts of veggies and healthy starches. Whatever you tell them to put on the plate they will give you. So even in basic you can get for example Baked chicken, potatoes, and veggies. I actually had the same worries as you because I was really into working out when i joined. If you make it in pararescue, I'm sure you would be able to get BAS, and buy your own food. At my base (Pope) the rooms had a frig, microwave, and a four burner stove, pretty freaking sweet deal. I Feel Low Emotion if not Any, Has anyone experience the same thing?

A little insight about what i mean about this question. When I am sober and free of chemical influence I have no anxiety, no depression, no excitement, no pleasure and basically no thoughts. It seems like the autonomic responses kick in but not much more there are very seldom times that i feel the smallest emotion. This is no way to live a life, there are many things in my life that I can feel great about and there are some situations where I should get frustrated and mad but do not. So then I started taking medications, the typical antidepressant's that act on serotonin do not work, the only one that has come remotely close is wellbutrin. I have had a past complicated medical history that may relate to this but in general in my opinion this is more physiological than psychological experiences. PLEASE, ARE THERE ANY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES THAT SOMEONE HAS HAD?

Help! Husband is threatening to "sort my boss out" and i'm not sure what to do!?

To cut a long story short, my boss is a pain in the backside. He's not a bad boss as such, but has an extremely overpowering personality and i leave work each night feeling mentally drained and exhausted. He's in his late 50s but i often wonder if he's on speed or something as he talks at me non-stop, never listens to a word i say, undermines me all the time, gives me all the crap jobs to do that he doesn't want to do, gets right into my face and has actually physically knocked me out of the way twice. My husband only knows a little of all this, as he'd be so angry. One of my colleagues told my husband about something that happened last week (he snapped his fingers at me infront of a customer and waggled his finger at me to come over to him) and my husband has now said that he is going to come into my work and thump him for upsetting me. Problem is that i enjoy my job (when my boss isn't there!) and my boss just has this overbearing personality and that's just the way he is. I feel that i'm being totally used sometimes and it's making me upset, but as i say, the guy isn't a bad person, he's just so loud and in my face all the time. Any suggestions on what i should do? Why do my cichlids keep rubbing there sides on the rocks...?

I have a 75 gallon tank and we recently moved, about 2-3 weeks after the move our water didnt look right, turns out we had very high nitrite levels so we started doing daily water changes and adding double quantity of cycle into the tank. The fish started flicking their sides on the rocks and tank ornaments. We thought it was ick so we treated the tank for that, there are no white spots on any of them now however they continue to flick themselves and the water looks almost cloudy or like water looks sometimes when you first pour it into a gl from the tap and there are the white particles in the water. I am lost as to how and get there water under control as I have never had this problem before. How do I lower their nitrite levels? And could them flicking themselves be stress related or does it have to be ick still? I am thinking of changing 75% of the water and essentially starting over with the water but I dont know how the nitrites got so high in the first place.
